Best biscoff milkshake ever honestly
Nice ice cream
I LOVE this place!! Milkshakes are the best?
Best mocktails
Noice
The best cookie dough I've ever had
Lovely elegant dessert place. Come here regularly with my friends and my wife.
Really excellent! The service is good, when you’re ordering to go or staying in. The workers are also just as nice as the food :)
Pricey but worth it
This is the best place in coventry road to get milkshakes and waffles.
The best coffees and breakfast! Lovely staff, good quality and amazing environment to start your day! Highly recommended
I placed an order today of pistachio and peanut baklava with unicorn ice cream and spicy Mexican fajita chicken flatbread. The unicorn ice cream was delicious , the baklava was a big portion downside was could tell it had been re-heated, for me personally the baklava was too warm. The spicy Mexican fajita chicken flatbread was overcooked and the edges were black - however the toppings were delicious.
Love me some dessert from Eis Cafe ? ?
I'll be honest I've seen this place soo many times but just never got a chance to go in. Well well, what a beautiful place, deco is tip top and looks very unique. Staff are friendly, specially the bengali guy ?? it's quite expensive for what it is, but trust me try it if you got dollars lol presentation is solid! quality is on point and would definitely recommend ?????
really over priced for milkshake
Excellent range of desserts, drinks and ice creams
Great.. Kunefai is to die for
What a lovely little cafe! Everything was perfect food, decor, atmosphere and service. Prices were reasonable and I really enjoyed myself. We had the famous kunafe from this place and it was ace. Also had the marrakech sandwich which was fresh. Will definitely visit again.
Milkshakes are very nice. On the pricey side compared to other shops, however the quality is marvellous. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the shop is nice and clean. Love the decor/ theme
I must say, this is a lovely little shop. The interior/ theme is fantastic. Absolutely outstanding desserts and milkshakes. Slightly on the pricey side compared to other shops, however you can’t beat their quality. The shop is beautifully clean. Staff are professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend
Great little place to visit for a desert and maybe some tea or coffee.
The food is fab. The brothers are always very polite
Nice and clean place great atmosphere and tasty treats always Friendly team Prices are fair More seating upstairs No parking 1 toilet
Eis Cafe is dedicated to providing quality coffee breaks with the occasional indulgence in various deserts. I thoroughly enjoy my Cafe Mocha, in the amazon ambience, amongst the smell of various beans brewing and hustle bustle of what is a magnificent Cafe. I recommend it for anyone who wishes to take a small break and ponder on life, to visit Eis Cafe and indulge in a little caffienation, I am more than positive you won't be disappointed. I also recommend you try the various ice cream flavours, as their thoroughly made and taste amazing! One of my favourite spots to go to unwind, ponder and enjoy a great coffee!
Nice place but a bit expensive
I came to eis cafe with my family and children we asked for a table and the staff said go check your self if there is a table. They dont have respect for there Muslim sisters they are muslim brother. Dissapiinting rubbish service only bothered about money. Avoid going there at all costs
Great decor and atmosphere. Desserts look exactly like their pictures and taste amazing. Staff are polite and helpful. I feel they could do a little more to protect staff and customers. Hard to social distance at counter area. At the very least staff who have most contact with customers should wear masks and/or visors. Unfortunately customers waiting for orders to take away dont have enough space to wait. It was raining. Im assuming customers are told to wait outside ordinarily. Well i hope they are. That being said, I would say that this is the best place for desserts in the area. Theyre unique, creative and more importantly; have been consistently good for years.
U recommend the oven baked chocolate concrete cake?
Amazing dessert!
delicious
very nice place, setting is awesome and the milkshakes are soo good. best 1 I've ever had The royal
The staff here are very friendly and I love that their is so much seating available. Loved the menu too, lots to choose from. However I feel the desserts are slightly overpriced compared to some other dessert places. We ordered some milkshakes that were ok however were too rich and thick.
Loooove the milkshakes
I'm salivating just thinking about their unique & amazing ice-cream. In all seriousness I've never tasted dessert as amazing as those found at Eis-cafe. Check them out! You will not be disappointed!
Recommended to try this place out by a friend, I thought I'd give it a go and drove down from Leicester with the other half. Immediately catches your eye from the outside and was greeted by a nice chap from behind the till who explained we can take a seat with a menu, decide what we'd like and then come down and order. Seating upstairs is plenty, cosy and private with the option of leather booths or contemporary table & chairs. Menu was quite hard to read but a quick look through their Instagram and it's easy to make your mind up with what to get, Biscoff Milkshake is definitely worth a try for any Biscoff fans out there. Desserts were all plentiful and satisfying, service was fairly quick and staff are all super friendly, no request is too much and you feel a genuine nice vibe in the air. Decor is nothing like your usual dessert parlours in the UK, EIS have gone for a rustic yet inspirational look, with the artwork and quotes that make you stop and think, they've clearly thought out the customer journey from your first step in to when you get seated. I haven't gone in depth with their desserts because it all comes down to personal preference but what I can say is they put their heart into their craft, each order is carefully presented to make an impression and definitely one you'd love to capture for the gram. Pricing is moderate and what you'd expect from a dessert parlour, if you're expecting cheap corner shop desserts then this isn't for you although there is something for everyone on the menu. Thank you for a lovely experience, I'll definitely pop by when I'm next in town and give the Marrakesh tea a try.
Had hot drinks here...well presented
Best desert place full stop
decent but too expensive
Very descent quite place with delicious desserts and a very friendly staff, I highly recommend it for everyone (singles, couples and families as well)
Amazing good quality food
Have been going to this place from before it was trendy (Muntz St then Cov Rd). They have always been impeccable when it came to quality & service but unfortunately it seems like they have let them selves down. Ordered a blueberry loco shake which was amazing, a snickers & roasted peanut butter shake which just hit the spot & finally a red velvet cheese cake. The cheesecake was OK until you got to the biscuit base, it tasted weird (biscuit had gone off). Bought it to the attention of the waiter who apologised & took it away saying he would sort it out. 10/15 pass & nothing. Not wanting to make a scene I thought I'd make my way downstairs & ask what was happening. Approached same waiter again who told me that they were sorry & would look into it & then just walked off. No offer of a replacement or even a refund, not the best way to treat paying customers. Seems like fame & fortune may have got to their heads a little. Not happy at all.
Levels mate. The mocktail/mojitos are also banging. Bang on mate.
Made 2 simple orders exact same dessert. After waiting 30mins guys asking me what icecream i want, when the reality was they didnt evan start making it in the 1st place. No apologies given 0 star and was my first experience! Never again
The staff were friendly and accommodating
Taste good but need to improve customer service
Best ice cream flavours in Birmingham!
Amazing desserts, would recommend if youre around birmingham
Nice and quiet but I was not easy for me to find a safe parking. Very busy area.
Brilliant. Took a while to make but it was really good so didnt matter.
Wow, great decor and even better authentic desserts, I'll be back
